HAVISSE Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping to the United States We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Shipping Delays Delivery times may vary due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier delays. These situations are outside of our control but we will do our best to keep you informed.

Wrong Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. HAVISSE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at support@havisse.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
